- Would you rather be cared for at home?
- Have you been hospitalized recently?
- Will you be hospitalized for a procedure in the near future? Now would be the best time to call us.
- Do you feel you’re at risk for a fall?
- Are you unsatisfied with your current home health care provider? Call us right away!

Refer to Part 2 for more options in case your physician does not feel you have a medical need for home health care.
