Who We Are

Precision Health Care is a Medicare-certified Home Health Care & Pennsylvania state Certified Home Care agency. We provide both skilled services, such as, Skilled Nursing and Therapy Services along with Personal Care services to support all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).

While we cannot replace the love and support of the family our caregivers provide the helpful and necessary support needed to brighten the day, lighten the workload, and ensure peace of mind.
